I've had good luck with freeze off, pb blaster, and deep creep.
Wd40 has some new specialist series that I wouldn't mind trying.
There is another brand deeze nutz or something like that I wouldn't mind getting just for the name.
Spray and let soak.. tap with hammer spray some more. Usually works for me
I'm a big fan of that Deep Creep by Sea Foam. Maybe it's just the bubbling action but it seems to really get absorbed into the cracks and crevices.
I used Kroil for ever and never broke a bolt, but last time I went to pick up a can at Tacoma Screw (the rusty screw replacement experts) they had another brand they suggested I try. So far so good with it as well, though I can't recall the name. It was less expensive than Kroil too.
I use Free-All and PB Blatser booth do well.
I thought roger just :sawzall: stuck stuff
Rusty bolts on a non-Falcon? I say it's time to trade in the entire car.

I'm going to try Kano Kroil in a spray.
Cant go wrong with kroil
LPS 1 or 2, best stuff ever.
it will take those non working hood hinges and a few spritz of it and your hood will shut like brand new. it also works for bolts:)
The Kroil did the trick for me. I had to remove several exhaust bolts on the Saab.
Has always worked for me as well. Bought a gallon of it 20 years ago before doing a full frame-off on my '56 Panel. Worked wonders. Could have got by with a pint, though I have since used all but a pint of it up.
FWIW, it doesn't like sitting in pump oil cans for long. Seems to almost reverse the anti-corrosion process after a while and the pump cans began to corrode inside and stop squirting. Some kind of scale built up. Using the tin-can bottom oilers solved that. Aerosol cans seem to last well too, but at the time I started using it they either didn't offer it in spray cans - or the cost didn't make sense. Too long ago to remember which...
