Are there any shows coming up that we might as a club want to all try and make?
There's Dave's Picnic & Car Show in Monroe. That's not until August but I'm going. I'm starting to tear into the trunk to do some repair and painting. I may not have it back together but I'll probably carpool with Jeff anyway.
The is a big Ford bash in Gig Harbour? Found it on the the Ford muscle forums web site. The said they had put an invite out to the Falcon Club???
I might try for that one?
Personally, I'm waiting for the show of... SUN! I'm hardly motivated to even go to a free cruise-in yet.
Well the good news is Junuary is almost over, so now we hopefully can start summer.. Or did I miss it already???
My two shows of the Summer will be Daves Picnic in August and the West Seattle Junction in... I think September.
I just got a mailing for the W. Seattle Junction show. It is Sunday, Sept. 16.

Cool I might have mine somewhat ready by then??!!
There is a show on mercer island on july 15th, I have never gone but have been told it's quite good ....jh:rocker:
Here's a list I've been working on so I don't have to reinvent the wheel every year for the newsletter. These are shows that one or some of us seem to go to every year. I'm still double checking the dates and of course 1/3 of them are already over.
I'm open for suggestions and/or corrections...

There is a show this Sunday that I think I will try to make. If anyone is interested. A friend sent me this link. It's in Seattle.

What's the name of the show? That link only goes to a Hotmail error message.
It's the Fairview car show. Not sure why it isn't coming up for you. It is listed in the 2012 Pacific Northwest Region Calendar of Events. July 8th, and the address of the show is 844 N. E. 78th and it says enter on 79th. It costs $20 day of show.
Larry is that seattle? if so I think it's in the middle of :WHATTHE: lake washington ...jh
Well, it is always wet in Seattle so I guess it just keeps getting worse?? The attachment also has a map that shows the church between N.E. 78th and 79th. It is east of I-5 and just west of Roosevelt Way NE. I am going so I will find out if it's in the lake or not. Hope this attachment works. If not, google Fairview Church Seattle.

Snohomish is holding their Kla Ha Ya Days festival this month (July), including the car show on the 22nd:

No pre-registrations. Just show up on the morning of the 22nd.
Might try to make that one. I was suprised that no one else showed up for the Fairview show. Really a nice little get together. The sponsor club did a good job and it was fun. I won best 1960's Car and a really nice trophy. Hope to see you all soon at another location. Larry
Good for you larry, it won't be long and you will need to turn your talant's to building a cabinet for all the throphy's ...you should go to the show on mercer is. this sunday.. I will....jh:shift:
Here's a flyer on the LeMay Show in August. You can get your photo taken with Tow Mater!
Larry the cable guy is going to be there???
Lol... couldn't resist
Is this the real Tow Mater... or just a cheap impersonation?
Well, let's just say that like Santa Clause he can't be everywhere so he may have some "helpers" playing the car show circuit.
If you're bored here's a video (I think it's 3 parts) on the making of Tow Mater:

Finally got my camera to download the pictures of the plaque i won at the Fairview show. It was a nice show, and should be added to the list that you posted Kenny. :rain:
Larry - you got a lot more of those comin' your way, I know. Start building those shelves.
Anybody going to the Shoreline show tomorrow? I am going to do my best to be there. Looks like a beautiful day for a car show.
Went to the shoreline show. Didn't pre-register. Big mistake. Had to park up on a very slope grassy area. Pre=registered parked in the parking lot. A lot of awfully upset people. MY wife and I walked around for awhile and can't verify but we were told by a lot of folks that no one in the grass area had their cars judged. I didn't see anyone come by so may be true. Not the best show I've been to. Oh well, learn a little each time out.
