I have a set of 5 13's with falcon hubcaps and pretty new tires, BUT.. they are 5 lug.
Would this one work?

I have a single 13" 4-lug given me for something I'm probably not going to use it for now, or at least don't need to use it for that - so it is available if you've not found another.
