Rebuilt, never used 200 for sale

Here's a post that was on www.fordsix.com just a few hours ago! I don't know anything about it other than what's listed below...

Guy came into the machine shop, Friday, said he had a rebuilt, never-used 200 sitting around. Said he has $1000 into it, will take $500. After he left, I asked the shop owner what quality of work the guy (a frequent shop visitor) did; he didn't know, but guessed the guy was probably okay.
