One thing you might try is to go into an auto parts store and just ask if you can go back and look at some of the hoses they have in stock and explain what you're looking for. The guys at small Napa...
It's been a long time but I recall a similar hose on mine when I got it. It was more of an S shape and went from a port on the carb spacer to the PCV valve. Looked all over for one for a long time...
