    Tow? with a 64 Ranchero?

    64 ranchero, 200cid with 3spd and original 9" drums on all fours. I would like to tow my little trailer, it will be close to 300lbs tongue wt and a max of 1.000 lbs total. it's looking kind of iffy...

    mathmatical headache

    This is all on main bearings in a 200. clearance specs are between .0008-.0015. I checked with plastiguage and got .002..seems to be just outside the max.. I didn't want to spend the money on turning...

    old brakes

    I have a 64 ranchero with the old 4 wheel 9" drums..I noticed none of the brakes have the shoe slides (the ones on the pin). I ground a washer to check clearance and with that, the springs won't fit...
