    Steering column wiring

Does any one have a good schematic for the steering column wires? There are 7 wires that I need to splice into my new harness and the diagram that came with the harness does not match the colors I have in the car.
Trying not to play "lets plug this in and see what turns on" game.
    Thanks Steve

Much of it has to do with turn signal and brake-light cancelling, etc. A couple in yours will be for the horn wires - which used a relay if I recall. I'll look at it and see if I can draft up a sensible schematic today.

Thanks Roger, I found a little info in my shop manuals but it's a little too vague. Getting closer every day, put the gauge cluster in and my fuel gauge works, temp gauge, ect... Now for the steering column stuff and then the fun stuff.
    Stereo, speakers, seat....

OK - I think this will do ya. Let me know if I forgot anything.

Dash looks really nice in there... if I do say so myself. What else is happening? You dropped off the radar there for a week or so...

Cool thanks Roger that is perfect!! Just been busy tying up all the loose ends on the car. Found my fuel pump hits the pinion when it twists up from the torque, but I forgot to put the pinion snubber on. OOOps hopefully that will solve all my rubs Ive been hearing.
Still need to grease everything up, snubber, double check the underside, finish the wires, put the seat back in, stereo, speakers,seatbelts,ect,ect..
One good weekend should do it. Your diagram will cut my wire time by a third so that is awesome..
By the way your swap looks great, especially like the valve covers!!
Maybe we will both be ready for the jingle bell cruise?!?
