    Zip tie wire looms

I've been using the factory wire looms for my repro hi-po valve covers, but I was never happy with the way they ran so close to each side of the carb, hugging right up to the choke and throttle linkages.

I was watching an episode of Finnegan's Garage where he showed how to make wire looms from zip ties. I thought I'd give it a try, and it worked great. Lotsa clearance around the carb, and it just makes the wires flow nicer I think.
