Will 1965 mustang front coil springs fit on a 1963 falcon sprint? Having a tough time finding good performance coil springs for my falcon any suggestions ? What have other people used in the past

They use all the same upper and lower control arms and spring perches - so other than some height differences, then should work. I had a new set for a V8 Falcon wagon that I could not get to go into my 63 Ranchero when I was building it up. I had to cut a coil out to get them in. Not sure what that means in relation to this - simply saying you have that option if they are any too tall.

My original springs (V-8) were fine, but decided to chop 3/4 of a coil while they were out and really like the look. Seems to have firmed up the ride a bit. Also a bit less leaning in the corners. Otherwise, all is stock and I like it.

64-66 Mustang springs will work fine. Install them and check the stance. Trim until you get it where you like it.

Look into roller spring perches while you're at it. They make a big difference.

No more weet-weet squeak out of the front end with those. The notorious Ford front end squeak is caused because Ford used rubber in the spring perches. While you are at it....

Actually ford started off using bronze bushings in the perches.

Later it was switched to rubber and there are poly versions too..

I have a set with grease zerks in them not sure who added the lube fittings..
