    New Wagon Project for Someone in Seattle Area?

    This picture was taken today (March 23, 2015) near Seattle on 405 Northbound close to exit 7 (Seahawks Training Field).

    Looks like a clean bird. Does it belong to anyone here? I love the color and it looks well appointed (roof rack, power window, washboards...).
