Not if they built it right. It's hard to tell from the picture whether it is a 2" receiver or one of those wimpy receivers. Either way anything that slides will need clearance, so the thing may rock to one side then the other when a person sits in it.
I think the harder question is where do you mount a hitch? Never really looked with a hitch in mind. May have to now that I see this.

I don't think these reverse hinges were ever a factory option.
