    Sunny days = drive time

We've had 3 beautiful days and I have driven my car for 3 days now..

If you have the means i highly recommend purchasing a T-5 five speed transmission..

Talk about making the car an even bigger kick in the pants..

I've discovered that I need a bigger carb.. around 70 mph I'm pretty much floored.. although I still gain speed its very slowly..

I now have what sounds like either suspension noise or brake noise..

    Another nice day..
So I got the wife's ranchero out of hibernation..
then spent time working on the wagon..
Maybe tomorrow I'll find out if I cured the over heating problem in the wagon and get to driver her..

I'm looking forward to getting a new battery in mine so I can take it to the car wash to pressure wash all the mud off from winter storage. Then it's time to start thinking about front end work after driving it a bit.

Well the wagon is still a nightmare..
I can't get it running to even find out if it will over heat..
I just need to break down and buy a new carb..

I did get to drive my car today and got the exhaust fixed so no more rattle..

Hope tomorrow is nice, so I can drive her before work..

Well we had a few sunny days there a week ago and now it's back to Mr. Yuck weather -- but I do have the wagon back together for the most part and can drive it again. New windshield, reworked stereo (sorry, no 8-track)... can't wait to go cruising myself.

You guys and your fair weather driving! Try commiting to driving the Falcon every day as your only car for 10 years or so. That's how you work the kinks out!

The 8-track player is working great! I was just listening to some Tom T. Hall this weekend. Good stuff man!!
