Replace it with what? V-8 swap or a bigger six or stock? Many ways you can go. I put a EFI 5.0 in mine. Patrick has a built 302 with EFI , and I think Kenny has a bigger 200 six in his. Let us know what your thinking and we can give you some tips.

4 new 185/80/13 Maxxis, slighty over sized, and a little soft, but so much better than the VERY old Sears weatherhandlers.
Maybe a shock absorber upgrade soon as well.

Looking really good. Nice work! Such a clean car.

I suspect I'll need new tires on my wagon at some point and may try to find white-walls when I do. It has 14" rims though, but these are getting just as hard to find in a white wall tire.

Dont give up your search, the tires are out there. They may not be exactly what you want like mine, but close. Looks are important, however driving is more important.

Have yet to start a search. Not really thinking about it this year. I only know from looking for 13"rs when I was shopping for the '62 Comet; the one Gina now has. Ended up going black-wall in the end.

I know there is also Coker tire, but not really sure I want to pay the premium pricing once I go there. My current tires look brand-spanking new. Even have a spare with zero miles on it. They were bought new in '97 or so and have long since expired their 10-year safety lifespan. I suspect if I have issues with one; puncture or something; no tire shop will touch them after 10 years. Maybe Guido's tire shop will. No offence to Guido.
