There is a website or there was about converting an 8" to disc brakes using the crown Vic. It's been while since I've looked at it and I don't know if it still exists.. Google crown vic swap see what comes up..

    BUT....
I've done this swap so i can walk you through it if need be.. In fact..
here's a link to a thread with some directions

Grab the e-brake cables and I'll explain how to use your stock e-brake set-up and combine the two different cars to have a stock appearing working e-brake..

You'll need to make a trip to the hardware store.. for the spacer washers and for the e-brake cables..

for the spacers i believe i used 1 1/8 galvanised washers and a hole saw and made my own spacers.. cost me $2

For the e-brake cable buy some cable stops..
Cut the e-brake cable to length and add a new stop..

I'll take pictures and explain later..
