    The knee

Hey kenny how's the knee doing? is it good to go. hope it's working well....jh

So far so good. Still stiff and difficult to go down stairs. There's still some excess fluid that should go away in another week or two. They can drain it but that involves a large needle so I opted to let it go away on it's own. Then I should have better range of motion.

It's amazing how weak your leg can get by not using it for 4 or 5 months. But the pain from the torn miniscus is gone. As I told my doctor, I feel like I'm 40 again!!!

I found taking 40 lbs off made me feel less than 40 again. And my knees were happier too. Funny how that works...
