Is that as rust free in person as the picture looks it to be? I love the style. What are the plans?

Picked it up in California, it has a little surface rust in a few spots but thatís it. Solid floor pans and trunk. I have a 390 4V Iíve been wanting to rebuild and put in something. Probably do a C6 unless I can find a reasonable priced big block top loader.
