May 11th Meeting - One week early!

We're going to have our meeting one-week early meeting on May 11th. This is to allow us to firm-up plans for the Monroe swap meet the weekend of the 14th/15th. We plan to setup our booth there again this year and stay Saturday only.

Any member who can't make the swap meet, but has items they want to sell can bring these items to the meeting and we'll do our best to sell them on Saturday.

I will be doing preliminary setup on Friday the 13th () so anything that needs to go on Friday (tent, banner, etc.), should be brought to the meeting so I can haul it out there.

The next club meeting will be held at our usual spot:

    University Village Burgermaster
    3040 NE 45th St.
    Seattle, WA 98105

    Date: Weds., May 11th
    Time: 7PM

Please come at least 15 minutes early. or earlier, especially if you want to grab a burger. This so we can start on-time.

As usual, look for us inside the Burgermaster just to the upper right-side of the cashiers (in the raised dining area).

Please plan to stop by if you can.

    Main topics this meeting:
    - Swap meet planning
    - Collect items to take to show from members who will not make it to the swap meet
    - Tech days and shows we may be planning before our July meeting.

Pat has the tent but I can bring it to the meeting if he can't go. Send me a text Patrick and we can work it out.

I'll try to give the bird a bath tomorrow and bring it.

Bringing my pickup just in case anyone wants me to haul something direct to the booth on Friday when I go to setup. Bringing it there for you may not include bringing it back if it doesn't sell...
