I've had good luck with freeze off, pb blaster, and deep creep.
Wd40 has some new specialist series that I wouldn't mind trying.
There is another brand deeze nutz or something like that I wouldn't mind getting just for the name.
Spray and let soak.. tap with hammer spray some more. Usually works for me

I'm a big fan of that Deep Creep by Sea Foam. Maybe it's just the bubbling action but it seems to really get absorbed into the cracks and crevices.

I used Kroil for ever and never broke a bolt, but last time I went to pick up a can at Tacoma Screw (the rusty screw replacement experts) they had another brand they suggested I try. So far so good with it as well, though I can't recall the name. It was less expensive than Kroil too.
