    My new project - 69 Fairlane 500

    Sorry I know it's not a Falcon but I couldn't resist.

Is that as rust free in person as the picture looks it to be? I love the style. What are the plans?

Picked it up in California, it has a little surface rust in a few spots but that’s it. Solid floor pans and trunk. I have a 390 4V I’ve been wanting to rebuild and put in something. Probably do a C6 unless I can find a reasonable priced big block top loader.

Bet it will become as sweet a ride as your Falcon. Great find!

No real progress yet. Been rounding up parts. Picked up a 66 GT 390 , 4 Speed Center console , rim blow steering wheel, and buckets seats Still looking for a Trans. I’ve been working OT to find the build and trying to get my winter Falcon projects down.

I see. Still can't wait to see the progress and final result. Good luck with the parts

And my Title finally showed up. It took 13 weeks for WA to get it to me. It got stuck in the system. I was getting nervous that something was wrong! I feel better about doing work to it now.
