The easiest and fastest would probably be a pole barn structure - then you could do the slab later, or poor sections at a time after the initial structure had been built, etc. These guys are out of Monroe.

It can never be too big. Mine is 24X50 then I added a 24X18 carport along side that, and thinking about adding to that as well.
My suggestion would be go as big as the budget allows. By the way mine is a pole barn that is insulated. Good Luck.

I'd give anything for a bigger garage (not exactly taller) than mine. Mine is only 15 by 25, but it is over 12' high. Plenty of space to work on one car, but that's it.

Go as big as you can legally go. If you can afford it.

24X30 you should be able to get 2 cars in there, but I would use it for part shop tools, ie: drill press, chop saw, oh yeah don't forget the sawzall It's nice to have a bit of room to put all the parts you take off the car while you work on it!!

There is only going to be 1 car in there at a time. Im thinking that should work, plus thinking of a small loft area. Access it by a attic ladder. One of my buddies did that , and it saved a lot of space
