I didn't get any cool Falcon stuff but I did get a 2009 H.A.M.B. calendar with some pretty cool hot rods on it. And some new slippers! It's nice having a white Christmas but I haven't had the Falcon out in a week. Maybe tomorrow if it doesn't ice up.

Merry Christmas everyone and thanks for supporting the local club! Keep those Falcons rolling!

Nathan...only 3 feet of snow...sound like you are one of the lucky ones in the Spokane area....my son still lives there and it appeared that he ended up with about 3' in just a couple of days...and getting worse. While we enjoyed the snow while in Colville we never got what you folks have this year...I'm sure it is gettng pretty old...especially with more coming. But...think of it this way...once you can get the falcon(s) out it will be so sweet...

The Seattle snow "event" was really unusual to say the least -- I had about a total of 16" up here in Mill Creek cumulative. It's made it a rough go over the holiday to be sure.

To top it all off we usually get Christmas to New Years off at work, but so many people there missed days my boss "cancelled" the Christmas break for everyone who didn't have airline flights they couldn't cancel.

I had planned to finish up a few Falcon-related issues - like the cafepress stuff, but it's taking a while to get back to it with all this stuff going on. Real soon now.

    Hal,
the 3 feet was from the intial snow fall.. We've had 5 feet of snow this year so far. it settled a little bit in between snow showers and even rained a bit. so it's getting compacted.
But I still have a mound of snow on top of Tink that is 3 feet tall.

I'm taking some christmas money and buy a propane forced air heater for the garage..

Since I'm a bit late here (too many web forums to keep up with!) I'll skip the Christmas greetings and just say Happy New Year to you all! My Falcon's only been in storage a month and I already have separation anxiety

We'll be looking forward to seeing you model those new slippers with your club jacket next time, Kenny!

Nathan - I'd brush the snow off your falcon and look under the cover if I were you. I had a good quality car cover on mine, but when we had that really soggy day of rain in late november it soaked through and my paint started soaking up the moisture and tiny bubbles appeared, making it look like sandpaper. I then took the cover off until I got it into storage.

    Thor,
I car cover it and then tarp it.. I had to do the samething last year and everything turned out ok..
But now that you have me worried, and it's melting I'll go out and look.
I'd love to have my garage space back, but I keep buying more falcons..
I need to buy a bigger garage next...
