    Front end lift

I'm looking for any thoughts on a quick way to lift the front of my ranchero about 1-2 inches?
    none

Twist-in spring inserts? That's about the only way I know of apart from swapping springs. These are available at most larger auto-parts stores. You usually use two per side to keep the spring balanced, but you can gain your desired amount with little effect to drivability.

    Thanks,

I've never used them sounds pretty easy.

    No effect on alignment?
    none

I wouldn't say none, but certainly minimal. Less than the tolerance range given for alignments, for sure.
