    Primered and Sanding

I have my 64 now in primer and have 90% of the body section block sanded to 600 grit in preparation for base coat. Still have the front fenders, hood and trunk to sand down, but at least I feel like I am making some progress. Now if I can get the cramps out of my hands maybe I can get this thing painted this year! Pictures attached.

So are you going to paint the interior yellow too? It looks like you've come a long way since I saw it last. Should be a real "bad bird" when you are done.

Oh...and glad to see Patrick was actually able to switch your forum name over.

    Primered and Sanding

Thanks Pat for changing my forum name from Blackfalcon to BadBird. I am painting the interior, dash to match the outside. Still have sanding to do before I paint but it is moving along. Took me 5 hours to just sand the hood. Hope to be at the next work day to help with other folks projects. Even though I have tons of work on my own car I want to be involved with the club members and their work. See you soon.
