We're in good shape. We were asleep at Jessica's uncle's place in Honolulu when it hit. Much different then the rolling quakes I've been through in Seattle. More of a bumpy shaking. We were going to go down and watch him in a surfing contest but with the power out over the entire island, they didn't recommend going out if you didn't need to. So...a lot of reading, relaxing and radio.

Power was out for about half the day and it's been pretty rainy but it should improve tomorrow. We plan on snorkleing in Hanauma Bay for part of the day and maybe the Bishop Museum if the weather doesn't improve.

Aloha...see you guys in a couple of weeks!
