    Rear drum brakes

Hey guys , I'm looking for a wider set
Of rear drum brakes off a Ford 8" or Ford 9" small bearing axle. I'm hoping to find a set up for a 10 by 2.5 or 11 by 2.5. Im need the backing plates . Also looking for a short Ford 9" yoke. I know I can buy all new stuff for $300 but I'd like to clean up and set up. Rancheros and wagons could have the wider brake set up in looking for.

Go out to Lynnwood Pick-n-Pull and walk the Ford area. You'll probably find something for cheap.

I found a small bearing set off a 1961 Thunderbird. 11" - 2.5" It even had the brake offset I was looking for. It had a strange set up, the park brake cable went over the axle and came in from the back. Got new drums, wheel cylinders, and springs, and shoes today. Actually had to tell the guy at Orillys that the Thunderbird was made by FORD !
