67 falcon trunk tire/jack decal

Hi All
happy new year from the land downunder.
Im hoping that someone can help me. Does anyone have a scanned copy of the tire/jack paper decal that goes on the underside of the trunk lid on a 67 Falcon? I'm hoping to get one to print and attach to my restored coupe.
