    was happy to see a falcon group in north seattle area, went to fca web site for 1st time in about 5 yrs. I've been doing falcons for quite a few years but burnt out about 5 years ago. i have a 62 wagon that is in the midst of restoration, the engine compartment is done the suspention is done along with the engine and trans. 250 block 200 heads 1968 carb and 8 inch rear end with c4 trans. body and interior to go. need tailgate. also need lots of inspiration. y

    Welcome! Seems we've been getting a lot of round body wagons lately. Is it a tudor?

    Your drive train sounds like a good combination. What did you do to get the 250 block in since they're a bit taller?

    And as we always say, post a photo if you can. Hopefully this forum and the club can help with the inspiration.

    in reply to redfalken, its a 4 dr,will have to do something about height of 250 blk. so worried about length didn't think of height. welded in new trans hump and bell has about 1/4 to 1/2 inch clearance around it. it's all bolted in but will have to unbolt to hook up trans coolent lines. chev alternator has tight clearance to battery tray. fan to radiator real close but looks good .
