My Brothers new ride

I mentioned at the meeting that my brother in Tucson bought a 64 Fairlane Thunderbolt Clone. Here are a couple of pictures. It has a 460 engine with dual four carbs. It has a strange rear end with ladder bars. I am taking my car to Reno for Hot August Nights and he is also entering the Fairlane. Larry

His engine bay certainly is full. He is working on getting it to run a little cooler. Same issues I had to fight through. He will keep working on it until it's a perfect clone. As far as running heads up??? I am sure at some point we will be side by side on some strip/road somewhere.. Not sure my stock 3.35 rear end will handle too many heavy right foot starts. Probably have to find out how many it will take to break it. Larry
