FCA Store?

Well guys we all know Im just a rookie here.... I need some advice. My wife Mikki ordered me a couple of shirts and a hat from the FCA store. She has been double billed. Then told the stuff was sent out 4 times. Has anyone else had these problems? Shes upset cause it was for my birthday. We are giving them till Monday to see if they FINALLY send the stuff. Thanks for any advice you can send my way

I haven't dealt with them myself but I suspect that if you call or email and explain what happened, they will make good.

I could be wrong but I think there was some damage to the store inventory during the Katrina hurricane. They're supposed to be back up and running but maybe they're still just a little disorganized. I've met them at several Nationals and they seem legit.
