The weather was pretty yesterday so we drove the Falcon to Honeymoon Island State Park. After leaving there we drove south to Clearwater Beach and were stuck in a huge traffic jam coming and going.

"The pioneers called it Hog Island, but it became Honeymoon Isle in 1939 when a New York developer built 50 palm - thatched bungalows for honeymooners. Today, visitors can drive across Dunedin Causeway to enjoy the sun - drenched Gulf beaches, mangrove swamps, and tidal flats." Man... is it summer there or what?!?! Snowed here Saturday and Sunday and you guys are out cruising with the windows down and shorts on. Not fair... not fair!

Oh, but wait, you'll be under water and being eaten by alligators and crocodiles soon enough. Or so they say. We only have to worry about 'the big one' and the once every hundred year blowing the top off of Mount Rainier event, which is only about 50 years late.

:D

It is nice to see you out and about in your shiny new car. Even if it does make us jealous.

That is why Carol and I are leaving for Tucson on Saturday to get away from this cold weather. Be back in May, just too bad I can't take my car down there. Larry

Well, I spent a few years in Tucson. All that sun and sand isn't that great for the car anyway- an absolutely beautiful desert in the spring though- have a great trip.
