This kit is for moving the filler inside the trunk.
The cap is non-vented
The fuel hose fits on a 2" diameter neck from the tank.
The upper flange can be moved up and down by loosening the hose clamp. The flange is used for a ground strap. You may may also a bracket to connect the flange to the car if desired.
You will need two hose clamps to secure this to the tank and filler neck.
